Church Lane in Hebden Bridge today. Chimney stack repointed, new lead flashing dressed in, and the slipped slates around it replaced. Dry roof, tidy finish, kettle on by half three. Cheers to Mrs Patel for the tea.

Review request
Tomorrow 10:00

Hi, it's Craig from Bloggs Roofing. Thanks for having us up on your roof this week. If you could spare a moment for a Google review, it would mean a great deal to a small family firm: g.page/bloggs-roofing/review

How it works

A couple of minutes on site.
A week of posts.

  1. Photograph what you've just done.

Open the app before you leave the job. Add a picture or two and a short note. Dictate it if your hands are filthy. That is all you contribute.

  2. Mitch drafts the lot.

About a minute on, your posts are sitting there, describing the real job in the real town, in the sort of plain language you'd use on the doorstep.

  3. You approve. They go live.

Skim them, alter anything that sounds off, then approve. Not a word is published before you do. On Local and Complete your customer is also texted a review request one to three days after the job, while the result still pleases them.

What you get

Begin with Facebook and Instagram.
Bring in Google and your website later.

Every plan

A Facebook page that looks like you're busy.

Each job you send in becomes a Facebook post, an Instagram post and a Story, written about that very job. Not keen on a sentence? Change it, or ask Mitch for a fresh version. Gaps in your feed stop being your problem.

  • Posts, Stories and Reels
  • Content calendar
  • Based on your jobs, never stock filler

Local and Complete

Turn up on Google Maps and collect the reviews you deserve.

Jobs go onto your Google Business Profile with the photo and the town, which is what neighbours see when they search for someone nearby. Customers get their review text a day or so later, and Mitch drafts an answer to every review that arrives.

  • Google Business Profile posts
  • Review requests by text after each job
  • Drafted replies to all your reviews
  • Facebook and Instagram messages in a single inbox

Complete

Make your existing website earn its keep.

Our WordPress plugin spots what is holding your site back in local searches and corrects it on the page. Each week it also publishes a new page about work you've really carried out, and it keeps an eye on your ranking around your patch.

  • On-page SEO fixes
  • A fresh page every week
  • Local rank tracking
Every plan

One app, however many of you there are.

Every member of staff gets the app wearing your branding. Whoever finishes up sends the job in from the driveway, so you're not ringing round for photos on a Friday night.

  • Social: 3 seats
  • Local: 5 seats
  • Complete: 10 seats

Questions

Will Mitch post anything without asking me?
Never. Posts and review replies sit waiting until you approve them. Have a read, tweak the wording or ask Mitch for another go, then give it the nod.
I'm not in the plumbing or electrical trade. Is this still for me?
Probably. If you work in customers' homes or premises and can snap a photo once you're finished, the same routine fits. Builders, roofers, gardeners, cleaners, pest controllers, window fitters and decorators all use it.
How much do I have to type?
One line is enough, and you can dictate it. Something like "Replaced the old combi, it was leaking" does the job. Mitch builds the posts and the review text from that note and your photo.
Does my business need its own website?
Not on Social or Local. The website side of Complete runs through our WordPress plugin, so that bit only works if your site is on WordPress.
Which plan suits me?
Social is the one if you just want your Facebook and Instagram to show off recent jobs. Local suits firms that get found on Google Maps, because it adds Google posts, a review text after each job and drafted replies to reviews. Complete is for anyone with a WordPress site who wants it worked on weekly.
Can I try before I pay?
Yes. All three plans begin with a 14-day free trial and no card details. Walk away at the end and you won't be charged a penny.
Am I tied in?
No. It's month to month, and you can cancel whenever you like.
How many of my team can use it?
Three seats on Social, five on Local, ten on Complete. Everyone gets the branded app, so whoever wraps up the job can send it in.

Give it one real job.
