Which plan does what
Social at £79 a month keeps Facebook and Instagram fed with your recent jobs. You get posts, stories and reels, a calendar to see the week, the branded crew app, and 3 seats.
Local at £149 a month is Social plus the Google side. Each job can become a Google Business Profile post. The customer gets a review request text 24 to 72 hours after the job, every review gets a drafted reply, and comments and messages arrive in a single inbox. 5 seats.
Complete at £349 a month is Local plus attention on your site: on-page SEO fixes, the WordPress plugin, a fresh blog page each week, and local rank tracking. 10 seats.
A rough way to choose. Your enquiries come off Facebook: Social. They come from people searching on their phones: Local. You run a WordPress site and want it worked on weekly: Complete. Switching either way is fine, and a change starts at your next billing date.
Set against an agency
| Compared | Marketing agency | getmitch |
|---|---|---|
| Usual spend | £500 to £1,500 a month | £79 to £349 a month |
| Tie-in | Often a 6 or 12 month contract | Rolling month to month, stop whenever |
| Posting yourself | Costs nothing but your evenings | Mitch writes it from your job note |
Those agency figures are typical, not a quote from any one firm. Agencies are the better call if you want a rebrand or paid campaigns, neither of which getmitch does. If the job is simply getting finished work in front of local people every week, that is the narrower thing getmitch is built for. The full breakdown is on hiring a marketing agency.
What a small firm might choose
Imagine Calloway Electrical, a two-van outfit in Chesterfield doing mostly consumer unit upgrades and rewires (an invented business). Most of their calls come after people search on their phone, so Local at £149 a month suits them: a Google post for each job, a review text afterwards, and replies drafted for the reviews that come in. Rated People and Checkatrade carry on running as they do now, since Mitch does not touch them.
