About getmitch
Getmitch is marketing software for UK tradespeople. Send in the finished job and Mitch handles the posting and the review chasing that usually slips.
Where getmitch came from
Before there was a product, there was a long stretch of doing local marketing by hand for small service firms. The plan was rarely the issue. Plumbers, sparkies, roofers and builders all knew they ought to be asking for reviews and keeping a Google listing tidy. Then a busy fortnight of callouts hit and none of it happened.
What worked was dull and repeatable: the same few jobs, done on the same rhythm, week after week. That rhythm is what we turned into software.
What Mitch does for a UK trade business
Think of Mitch as the admin hire you can't justify on the books. You finish the job and snap a photo in the app. Add a line about what you did and the customer's mobile number. Mitch then drafts the Facebook and Instagram posts for that job, naming the town, and holds them until you approve.
On the Local and Complete plans, Mitch also texts the customer a Google review link between 24 and 72 hours after the job. Plans are priced at £79, £149 and £349 a month, and there is a 14-day free trial with no card.
The alternatives you are probably weighing
Most tradespeople we talk to are comparing three routes: paying for leads through a directory such as Checkatrade or MyBuilder, hiring an agency, or doing it themselves in the evenings. Agencies for this kind of work typically run £500 to £1,500 a month, often on a 6 or 12 month contract. Getmitch is month to month, with no contract, so you can leave whenever you like.
A directory rents you a profile. Your Google listing and your own social pages stay yours, which is why Mitch works on those.
How we work
- Plain English. No jargon and no hard sell.
- Real jobs over clever campaigns. Your own photos do the selling.
- You have the final say. Nothing is posted until you approve it.
getmitch is operated by Getmitch.ai LLC.
