About getmitch

How this started

Years of hands-on local marketing for small service businesses came first, product second. The tradies in that mix were rarely short on skill. What they were short on was time at 6pm, when a quote still needs sending and the Facebook page hasn't had a post since winter.

We kept seeing the same gaps. Happy customers who were never asked for a Google review. A business profile with last year's hours. Marketing that only moved when the owner had a quiet week. So we wrote down the routine that kept things moving and built Mitch to run it.

What Mitch does on a normal week

Wrap up a job, take a photo on your phone and type one line about the work. Add the customer's mobile if you want a review request sent. Mitch drafts the Facebook and Instagram posts for that suburb and job, and nothing goes live until you tick it off.

On the Local and Complete plans, a text with your Google review link goes to the customer 24 to 72 hours later. Pricing is A$129, A$249 and A$579 a month, with a 14-day free trial and no card needed.

Compared with what you might be doing now

Plenty of tradies lean on lead sites like hipages or Oneflare, pay an agency, or wing it between jobs. Agencies for this work typically charge A$800 to A$2,500 a month and often ask for a 6 or 12 month contract. Getmitch runs month to month with no lock-in.

Lead sites charge you for each enquiry and the profile belongs to them. Your Google Business Profile and socials are yours, and that is where Mitch puts the effort.

What we stand for

• Straight talk. No buzzwords, no pushy follow-ups.
• Real work beats polished ads. A photo of a finished job does the talking.
• You are the boss. Every post waits for your OK.
