Mitch vs NiceJob
NiceJob is a review and reputation tool with public pricing. Mitch writes the social posts and Google profile posts too. Here is how they compare for a contractor.
NiceJob is a fair comparison because it publishes its prices. It also targets home service businesses, so the audience overlaps with Mitch. The difference is where each one starts.
What NiceJob is
NiceJob's core is review collection. Its Starter plan ($75 a month) includes review requests by SMS and email, social proof widgets, social sharing, a team leaderboard, a microsite and integrations. Pro ($125 a month) adds repeats, referrals, broadcasts, AI replies, gifts, NPS surveys and competitive intel. It offers a 14-day free trial, no contracts and cancellation at any time.
Mitch starts from the job. You send in a photo and a line from the truck. Mitch drafts Facebook and Instagram posts, and on the Local plan and above a Google Business Profile post, a Google review request and review reply drafts.

Price against scope
NiceJob's Starter at $75 is below Mitch's Local plan at $189, so on a review-only basis it is cheaper. They cover different ground. Mitch's Social plan at $99 writes your Facebook and Instagram posts from your jobs, which is not what NiceJob Starter is built around.
NiceJob's pricing page lists auto-sharing of your best reviews to Facebook and X, and manual sharing to Instagram and LinkedIn. If Instagram matters to you, check how each tool handles it during the trial. Both offer a 14-day free trial.
Who each one suits
NiceJob suits a contractor whose main goal is more reviews, who wants a low monthly price and is happy to set up review campaigns once and leave them.
Mitch suits a contractor who also wants the social posts and Google Business Profile posts written for them. Everything starts from the same step: the finished job.
When NiceJob is the better pick
- You only need review requests and review widgets, and $75 a month matters.
- You want referrals, repeat-customer campaigns, gifts or NPS surveys, which are on its Pro plan.
- You want review requests by email as well as SMS.
- You already write your own posts and do not need that done for you.
When Mitch is the better fit
You want posts, review requests and replies from one job submission, and you want to approve drafts rather than set up campaigns. Review texts need the customer's mobile number and a consent tick. Mitch does not run ads or promise rankings. See the pricing page.
