We ran local marketing for service businesses by hand for years, then built Mitch to do the weekly part every time a job is finished.
Who we are
We spent years helping local businesses get found and get called. Contractors were the clients we liked working with most. The owners did good work and had no patience for being sold to.
The problem was never the strategy. It was the doing. Review requests that never got sent. A Google profile nobody had touched in a year. A Facebook page that went quiet the moment the owner got busy. We did that work by hand for every client, and the part that paid off was the part we did the same way every week.
Why we built Mitch
Mitch is that weekly work, done by software. We named it like a hire because it does the job of the marketing person a small business can rarely justify paying for. You finish the job. Mitch finishes the marketing.
It runs off something you already do, which is taking a photo of the finished work. Submit it in the app with a line about the job and the customer's mobile, and Mitch writes the posts about that job in that town. You approve them before anything goes out. On the Local and Complete plans it also texts the customer for a review 24 to 72 hours later.
What we believe
- Trades first. We use plain language and do not talk down to anyone.
- Show the work. A photo of a real job does more than a clever campaign.
- You stay in charge. Nothing posts until you say so.
