Mitch vs Broadly

Broadly is a platform for reviews, leads and an AI receptionist, priced from $399 a month. Mitch is a smaller weekly routine for posts and reviews. Here is how they differ.

Broadly publishes its prices, which makes the comparison simple. It sells itself as an AI platform for local service businesses, and its scope is wider than Mitch's.

What Broadly is

Broadly's homepage describes a platform for reviews and leads. It lists local search visibility (keyword and local ranking tracking, plus listings sync to more than 40 directories), review management (AI-drafted replies and automated review requests by text or email), lead capture (website chat, an AI receptionist and online scheduling), a unified inbox, email and text campaigns, and social media scheduling with AI content.

Mitch does a narrower job. You send in a finished job, and it drafts posts, a review request and reply drafts based on your plan.

Read the fine print on setup fees

Broadly's pricing page lists a $350 onboarding and setup fee on Standard, Pro and Premium. The FAQ on the same page says there are no setup fees. Those two statements conflict, so ask which applies to you before you sign. Google or Meta ads are billed separately.

Who each one suits

Broadly suits a business that wants calls and website chat answered automatically. The AI receptionist, scheduling and inbox are built for that, and the price reflects it.

Mitch suits an owner whose problem is a quiet page and few reviews. You take the photo at the truck, and the work starts from that.

When Broadly is the better pick

  • You want a 24/7 AI receptionist and online scheduling.
  • You want one inbox for texts, email, Facebook, Instagram and web chat.
  • You want listings pushed to 40 or more directories. Mitch does not build citations.
  • You want email and text campaigns to your past customers.
  • A month-to-month contract is enough for you and the price fits.

When Mitch is the better fit

You want a lower monthly price for the weekly posting and review work, and a plan that fits a one-truck business. Review texts need the customer's mobile number and a consent tick. Mitch does not run ads or promise rankings. See the pricing page.
