getmitch is a marketing automation product for trades businesses. The site at www.getmitch.ai is operated by Orange Collar Media LLC (referred to here as "we" or "us"). This page covers what we collect from visitors and waitlist signups, how we use it, and what rights you have over it.

What we collect
Waitlist signups
When you submit the waitlist form on the homepage we store the fields you give us:
- Your name
- Your business name
- Email address
- Trade (plumber, electrician, etc.)
- Plan you indicated interest in (optional)
We use this to email you when getmitch opens up to new customers and to plan the launch around the trades and plans people actually want.
Site usage
We use Google Analytics 4 (property G-M5DCTEYE2N) to see which pages people visit, where they come from, and what device they're on. Google sets its own cookies for this. You can opt out via Google's Analytics opt-out.
Cloudflare, our host, logs each request (IP address, user agent, URL, timestamp) for security and abuse detection. Those logs roll over within 30 days.
Region cookie
The cookie mitch_region stores which region site (US, UK, AU) you've chosen so we don't redirect you again on the next visit. Value is us, uk, or au. It expires after one year. You can clear it in your browser at any time.
How we use it
- Email you when getmitch launches and when there's something we owe you (founding-rate confirmation, free audit, early access link).
- Pick which region's pricing and copy to show you on return visits.
- Track aggregate site usage to figure out what's working and what isn't.
- Respond to messages you send us.
We don't sell your data. We don't share it with advertisers. The only third parties that touch it are the ones that help us run the site (Cloudflare for hosting, Google for analytics).
Where it's stored
Waitlist entries are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database in Cloudflare's network. Cloudflare's privacy notice is at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy. Analytics data is held by Google under its privacy policy.
Your rights
Whatever country you're in, you can ask us to:
- Show you the data we hold about you.
- Correct anything that's wrong.
- Delete your record. See the data deletion policy for the full process.
- Send your data to another service (export it).
- Stop using your data for marketing.
If you're in the UK or EU, the legal basis for the waitlist record is your consent (you submitted the form). The legal basis for analytics and request logs is our legitimate interest in running and improving the site. UK and EU residents can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) or their local supervisory authority. California residents have the same rights under CCPA/CPRA. Australian residents have the rights in the Australian Privacy Act.

Children
The site isn't aimed at children. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you think we have, email us and we'll delete it.
Security
Data in transit is encrypted (HTTPS). The waitlist database is private to our Cloudflare account and only the people running getmitch have access. No system is perfectly secure, but we won't store data we don't need.
Changes
If we change how we handle data we'll update this page and bump the date at the top. Material changes (new categories of data, new third parties) will be flagged to people on the waitlist by email.
